Dear Bob,

Munich was fabulous! You were right...It was a great destination and everyone loved it.We were very fortunate with the weather...not one drop of rain fell on us the entire week.In fact, the sun came out every single day and the temperatures were just perfect. Thank you for all the wonderful planning you and your staff did to make this a great trip. The Hilton was great - the service, food, the rooms andt its location were perfect.

Our day at Neuschwanstein was great. It was just beautiful(and yes, I did climb the entire way up) and Don was right when he told me I would love the rococo church(the name has escaped me)... it really was spectacular. The dine arounds were wonderful and the farewell night at Limbach was terrific. Everyone loved the restaurant andagreed that it was really nice having it one night before our last night so they could relax before flying out the following morning. I think we will continue with this, if possible.

I also want to express, on behalf of my family and our group, our sincere thanks to Carola and David for the professional service they extended to us and our clients(as always) and for making each and every person feel special.

This year was the first time we took the opportunity to work with UST® on our annual travel and transportation conference. I wanted to let you and your team know that we greatly appreciated all the work you did to make this conference a great success. Organizing a conference halfway around the world is no small feat and we all appreciated your help and expertise through all aspects of the conference.

From assistance with selecting the hotel, working out the agreements, helping coordinate the logistics, to organizing the conference tours, your team's experience was extremely helpful every step of the way. When the conference attendance exceeded our forecast, your team located additional hotel space and helped work out all the arrangements on very short notice.

I want to especially acknowledge the work of Don Porter. This year for the first time, we took on the responsibility of booking all Unisys attendees on our co-host airline for the conference. On the surface this could appear to be a routine task but due to special requirements such as booking through their home office in Hong Kong and the difference in time zones, Don's assistance was absolutely critical. He helped work through every challenge with extreme professionalism and patience, and his guidance through the entire process was greatly appreciated by all of us at Unisys.
