If a personal profile is created through the registration system we have developed for an event sponsored by your company, access to your personal data is limited to you through a user ID and password created by you as well as to the administrator of the specific event. The information contained in such a profile will be used for the purpose of arranging and handling transportation logistics and arrangements relating to the event. Our system is designed to automatically purge the information 30 days after the event has been completed.
FUTURE CHANGE OF POLICY
From time to time, we may find it advantageous or necessary, based on business needs to have unanticipated uses of information not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy change on our website and provide you with the opportunity to opt out of these new uses.
